I’ve finally decided that a brewing sculpture is in order. This epiphany occurred after switching to 10 gallon batches. It’s just too much hot liquid to be moving up and down to let gravity do it’s work. The plan is to take a metal cart purchased very cheaply from Harbor Freight and convert it to what I need. It will hold the Mash Tun and Hot Liquor Tank. Each with their own cheap propane burner purchased from eBay. The Boil Kettle will remain on the stainless steel burner that I’ve been using. It fits a converted keg very well. A March 809 Pump purchase is in the near future. I’ve already starting on the plumping fitting for it and purchased some brass Quick Disconnects from McMaster-Carr to make things go even smoother on brew day.
