This Weizen recipe was featured on The Jamil Show. Should have brewed this a few weeks ago as the OVHA is serving beer at the SWIRCA Craft Brewer’s Festival August 19th and I don’t have anything ready.  
 
Converted my other keg into a mash tun for this batch. Switched my system from batch sparge to fly sparge. Check out the latter setup for the gravity feed.
 
Also did a double decoction
mash on this one for the first
time.  It was  planned as a
single decoction but the new
mash tun lost a lot of heat.
Have to insulate it more for
the next batch. Made for a
long brew day. Hopefully
it will be worth the time.
