I temporally zip-tied the pump on and just used the cart to support the mash tun. Before I started brewing, I decided to use my immersion chiller as a heat exchanger...aka a Heat Exchange Recirculating Mash System (HERMS).</description>

I’m getting an oxygen injection system soon, but I also wanted a laboratory magnetic stir plate to keep the yeast in constant suspension. </description>
