This was the first attempt at a 10 gallon batch. Ingredients we’re basically what was left over in the freezer plus a can of extract Josh won at the Big Brew. Had trouble with the Hopstopper again so this will be the last batch using it. Boiloff was higher than expected so we only got about 8.5 gallons. Better than 5 I guess! No more 5 gallon batches. Dry hopped it too.
